Electoral Roll 2019

We are required by church laws to completely re-new the Electoral Roll every 6 years....and 2019 is it!

Everyone who wishes to be able to vote at the Annual Parish Church Meeting on Wednesday 10th April must have signed a new form and have handed it in to either of the Church Wardens, Nigel Bond or popped it in to the letterbox at Jubilee House (opposite the Railway Station) by the 24 th March. A stack of the forms are to be found on the table in the porch.

The new list will then be published (in the church porch) for 14 days before the APCM.

For the first time, there is an electronic form posted on the web site, which can be filled in on-line and returned to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by the same date, please.

In this world of GDPR (data protection) I’m pleased to say that those regulations do NOT apply here (no opt-ins required) as the Electoral Roll is a legal instrument.
Nigel, our Electoral Roll Officer, will hold the details of the Electoral Roll on his computer but it will only contain Names, Addresses and date of signature.
For any queries don’t hesitate to call Nigel on 01404 850208.
